At Lakeland Animal Care, we don’t just love helping pets, we also enjoy giving back to our community! Michiana isn’t just our community, it’s our home. You are our neighbors, and our people. We take pride in doing our part in building a better Michiana, for all of us… AND our pet family, too!
From hosting our summer vet camp to volunteering at community school fundraisers to participating in local 5K charitable events to sponsoring youth athletics and nonprofit 5K events to supporting local nonprofit animal rescue organizations to donating time and raising money for nonprofit organizations, we’ve done it all. All for our friends, our neighbors, our Michiana!
Who We Work With
Pet Refuge is a rescue group located in South Bend, IN. Their mission is to protect the health and welfare of animals in and around their community and provide the best home placement for every animal in their care. Pet Refuge promotes the value of each animal life and the importance of spaying and neutering to control animal overpopulation. Visit their website to learn more and see how you can support them!
